REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL:

1. You (and any other adult who will be living with you) must pass full background/Criminal Check 

2. You must submit proof of income such as a pay stub for the most recent pay check for EVERY adult that will be living in the property. Your gross monthly income (before taxes) should be at least three times the monthly rent to show you can afford it, ensuring funds for other expenses like utilities, groceries, and savings.

3. You must submit photo ID's for ALL adults that will be living in the property. ​​​​

Why do we require an application? 

• Palmetto Rentals has always required an application, like all other property rental companies, in order to screen who will be viewing the home for:

• filtering out those who are not serious or not truly ready to rent or do not qualify.​

• It also this prevents people from not showing up to the viewing appointments and wasting staff resources.

• Our application fee is extremely low as others for most places require $100 to $300 to apply before viewing properties. ​

• ​The $40 application fee covers the full background and criminal check!
